I’m in that right now. You take that back about my only MAGA AF professor.
How is Climatology hard? I was expecting it to be a blow off class. Then again I am super smart.

Some people thought it was easy others like myself hated it. It just didn’t click for me.

I took that class and a friend of mine had all the old quizzes. We aced them all because they didn’t change a single quiz. My lab partner was a Korean girl. She also aced the quizzes. She did not have the old quizzes. Legitimately brilliant at chemistry.
I had the old quizzes for the first of three tries

It was the midterm and final I struggled with.

Most interesting - Louisiana history, had a teacher that half the classes he would have us meet in different spots in the city and walk around. Usually ended by a bar so you know where most of us went at the end. Pretty sure he planes it like that.
Hardest - any English class, made it 2 semesters and had to get out. I'm a hands on learner and good at math. frick those English and art type classes. I couldn't pass those to save my life.
Edit: the walking around the city was early 2000s alot safer then now.

Same here. Shout-out to Gaines Foster at LSU. He was a great lecturer for US History. I was "meh" going into the first one, but he made it so interesting that I made a point to take his class for the second one. I took notes for 90 minutes straight til my hands fell off, yet still enjoyed the class.
Came here to post this. He was fantastic. I took each of his US History classes in the fall and spring of '86. He possessed such an amazing amount of knowledge and was able to break it down in a way that you left class wanting to know even more. It was the first time academically that I looked forward to re-reading my notes after class.
He always reminded me of Alan Alda. Then I found the History Guy on YouTube, and realized he and Foster must have been separated at birth.

I took a computer science elective called "Interprocess Communication" that was focused on parallel processing in computer programs, essentially what we call "multi-threading" now. A lot of the work consisted of looking for potential problems in already-written code that looked perfectly fine at first glance. Almost half the class were either retaking the class to get a C or to address an "Incomplete" grade from a prior semester.
Most interesting was probably an honors sociology class I took my third semester, or maybe speech.

Strengths of Industrial Materials was my hardest class by far. It was a 3 hour course and it felt like a 9 hour course.

Most interesting were my courses with Thom Barber RIP, both at BRHS and LSU. The best teacher I ever had, and one hell of a role model.
Peter waived that man right on in past the gates.

Biochemistry in my junior year at UNO.
While my friends at LSU were taking multiple choice tests in Biochem at LSU, I was taking essay tests in Biochem at UNO. Studied my arse off and was one of only two in the class to get an A. It prepared me so well, Biochem the next year in dental school was a breeze. I won the top student award and landed a summer job illustrating the text book my professor was writing. UNO was a damn good school in the 1980s.

Hardest: Differential equations 2. The teacher was polish and not always easy to understand. Didn’t help with how difficult the material was.
Most interesting: Classical mechanics. I went to a small school and I was the only person taking this class. I would go to the professors office and most of the time my assignment was to read a section and come ready to try and teach it to him. He was a cool dude and helped me work through anything I didn’t completely understand. But I came out of that class feeling like I truly learned more in 2 months than I had in two years.

Trigonometry was the worst.
I had a political science class that thoroughly enjoyed attending.
