Ok. Not political, just hypothetical.

Had Florida not had crappy voting machines for the last forever. Let's say in 2000 Gore wins. No time to make inconvenient truth. No time to start the climate change argument.
Do you think it would have taken off the same way or even been a thing?

(Finally caught the last South Park and been reading a lot of theoretical science)

Odd how one action leads to so many, if you remove that action you have so many other varibles

Don't drink so early. Climate change as a political movement was around long before Gore, especially in Europe.

So you think he would have been less influential if he was president?

I'm with the other dude. A little bit early to be hitting the bourbon

Most of florida has 0 problem voting. Our 2 most populous counties, not so much. But they literally have 5 million people between dade and broward counties.

Dade/Broward/West Palm Beach needs to be split off into its own state. Let them screw up an election that was solid blue anyway and affects a smaller number of electoral votes.

Why does climate change have to be political?

There are some facts that point to it being man made, past geological events that the same climate change happened long before man.

I hate both sides of the aisle getting their panties all in a wad pointing fingers at the other side.

You are implying that Gore "actually" won Florida in 2000.

You're better than this.

So you’re saying Gore would’ve won under ideal voting conditions?

Bush still would’ve won. He just would’ve done it election night.

If Gore won, the biggest maniacal driver behind the climate change hoax would have been leader of the free world and we would have been screwed.

Three Truths.

Star Trek reboot is a good movie.

I'm not better than this.

That election was iffy, but W was a cool guy and much more likeable than Gore.

See the thing is. If it's not a hoax politicising it hurts all of us.
Why is it political?

For our sake, yes I hope its a hoax. Yet scary to me that people who think it's a hoax also believe the world was once flooded and everything survived on a single boat.

It's is a hoax and this from anguy that thinks the Bible has as much credit as Santa Claus. Do you realize the amount of CO2 deposited each year from the fires in Cali alone would take man 173 years to reproduce. EVERY YEAR.....3 YEARS= 1219 YEARS WORTH. Man isn't the problem the planet is and it's been around for a billion years and scheduled to last another billion. I think we gonna be alright.

Climate change is a real issue. Us humans have changed the environmental variables within the earth ecosystem. I just wish it wasn't a political issue. The US has done a great job of correcting our mistakes. The Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic is thriving vs the 1970's. However, Asia and India is killing us. They give no fricks and are magnitudes worse than we ever were.

Lucky for you, scientists just came clean about lying, and misreading the temps of the ocean, and incorrectly misleading the public.

We’d probably have flying cars, microchips in our bodies that automatically released medicine, world wide peace, and have made contact with aliens if Gore had won. But then filthy democrats would have given my tax breaks to the poors. If that had happened, I would have only been able to but my wife G Wagon Benz with the basic package. So no thank you.
