Yes, I did 50 pull ups yesterday.

100 push ups is a breeze.

by BabyTacCould knock out the 100 push ups in 2-3 minutes easily. That leaves 7 minutes for the 50 pull ups which I should be able to knock out easily in 3 sets.

Would take you 3 sets to do 50 pull ups?

Pussy. Some man you are.

Considering I need both of my shoulders replaced I couldn't do that in 5-10 hours.

I'd just tell them to pull the trigger, no sense in wearing myself out before I die.

Not pull ups. Pushups would just be 10 a minute which should be doable

My husband can and he is only an average fitness not overweight 61 year old. He does do them semi-regularly as part of his workout though. I could do the push-ups in ten minutes but not one single pull-up as a 58 year old.

Do Kipping pull-ups count? 10 sets of 5 pull-ups and 10 pushups every minute.

10 minutes for sure. 5 minutes maybe.

This.

The pushups would be easy. I already do 100 pushups in 5 minutes daily. The pullups are a different story. I THINK I could push myself to get 50 (on top of the pushups) in 10 minutes, but I haven't tried it.
