how? they are the exact same thing. 30k millionaires with BMWs and douchy attitudes
You just described Uptown, not the Dallas burbs... Hell, outside of Preston Hollow, Highland Park, University Park; Collin County is among the wealthiest in the metroplex. There is real money up there not fake 30k millionaire money.
I guess there is always Ft Worth being a cowtown with jacked up truck nutted F250s, people who smell like manure and chubby barrel racer chicks.

If interested in Dallas, did you look into Plano? It's a great place to raise a family.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet but recent trips to Greenville SC make me think it would be a nice place to live and raise a family. It seems to have a lot going for it.

I'd live in Spartanburg and drive to work in Greenville. Spartanburg is only 45min from Asheville, close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, close to the BMW plant.

I always wanted to move to Orlando. It is family oriented and close to the beaches if you went east or west of there. I love the latin vibe there being half latino oppose to the Mexican vibe in Texas where it is more tropical feel to me in Florida. I did love the St. Petersburg area when I went to Tampa real nice and clean out there.

Too busy. I prefer the Point Aux Pins suburb. Or Point Blue.
