But no one else has had the seeds to say it. I’m no fan of his, he smells of rotten pogies, but if he actually brings the Federales down on the BR Ninjas, I might change my tune on him.

I'm with you on this. He said the words, now the public needs to hold him accountable at every opportunity. Force his hand to follow up on it.
I really don't know what recourse he has with lenient judges that are elected officials though.

If he cleans up crime in bad neighborhoods, their property value would go up. But I assume most of the homes are owned by slumlords like Collis Temple and not owned by the resident.

You and I do not agree for the most part politically, why are you and I seeing the same thing while many others appear to to be seeing it at all?
That speech was almost like an AI summary of the thread pinned on the OT minus the whole Katrina tangent.
What will he actually do to hold them accountable? I know you cannot have a truly developed plan laid bare in an afternoon, but I hope to see actual actions and strategies laid out and executed in the coming weeks for this.
If he moves past this in a month, this speech will simply be hot air and God knows I don’t want that as the core message was correct.
