You need to write a completely new paper and swear that is what you turned in and the computer must have f'd up.

Make up some personal issue you are going through that would account for you taking the easy way out due to time constraints. Alcoholism, abusive boyfriend, etc

That is actually not a bad idea.
Write an entire new paper loosely based on the same subject and claim you had the past paper as help and put it in the references. Then claim complete ignorance in the meeting and say you must've put the wrong attachment

I'd check into a rehab. Lie about your addictions (if necessary) and claim you didn't know what you were doing. They will not be able to do anything without a threat of a lawsuit.

Ummm hard sciences is a little more difficult to prove plagiarism especially for a group lab report. Teacher is taking into consideration all your observations are done at the same time
