Got a serious question for the OT: got caught cheating on a paper

The teacher emailed me today asking for me to meet her next Tuesday to discuss a paper I wrote about 2 weeks ago. She also sent the same email to the girl I copied off of who had the class last semester. I've already decided to just come clean but I'm wondering what can I expect and what would be something I could do to lesson the blow. Tia.
