The original, circa 1980's Golden Corral was great. It was a real steak house the modern day version is nothing more than a pig trough.

I actually used to frick with the breakfast buffet when I was a kid. My parents would take me and my siblings there every other Sunday all the time and I liked it.

I don't think the food there tastes very good and the place could be a lot cleaner. At any rate, there is not one near where I live.

Went there last year in Shreveport. The food was very bad. Will never go to another one. Usually the yeast rolls are great but even those were hard.

I’ve never eaten at one but I like buffet restaurants. We don’t have them down here though but we ate at them when I was growing up.

I havent been to a Golden Corral since Feb 2007 when I went with a buddy who got sick in the bathroom there after eating

We used to go to the GC while hunting near mccomb. I got sick one time about 8 years ago and have never gone back.
