Guadalupe Mountains/Carlsbad vs. Big Bend - Mikey Ballgame on 2/10/20 at 9:18 pm
The wife (no pics) and I are planning a trip out to West Texas in the fall. We're trying to decide between Big Bend National Park and a combo of Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Alas, we don't have time to do all three. I would appreciate any insight from those of you who h...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (8)

Closer, maybe 30 minutes, is Spruce Flats Falls, a not so well known but very attractive falls. The trail starts ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
bullet ant
I like this from Wikipedia: The Sateré-Mawé people of Brazil use intentional bullet ant stings as part of their initiation rites to become warriors.
