Truck was taking up the entire left lane with no sort of safety cones or advance notification devices. Cop should have had that lane blocked further ahead. Not really an excuse for the driver not paying attention at all, but it wasn't exactly safe either.

Should have at least had triangles or cones 10’, 100’, 200’ behind the truck.

She was still going too fast though and should have seen she was coming up on a vehicle in her lane.

I've thought about doing this to those empty car haulers. This looks gnarly. Hope the people in that car are okay.

Was the tow truck just sitting there without cones or police somewhere behind it?
