There is a lot of truth to this statement.

Why do they keep saying Salamoni put a gun to Sterling's head? My understanding from that private meeting and the DOJ report is that Salamoni exited the cruiser, drew his weapon, and pointed it at Sterling (i.e. at his head)

This is exactly what happened but the morons like GC, the dumbass family and lawyers, and the twat twins are either purposefully misrepresenting the comment or just too damn dumb to understand that there is a difference

it's purposefully misleading/misrepresenting the people that follow them.

It's so easy to see.

Summons are available for people who violate local ordinances not breaking the law. Even on misdemeanors a proper booking and bond hearing is required for violations of state law.

You do know that there is a local ordinance that mirrors that state ordinance you cited?

And 99% of the people that are charged with the local ordinance of disturbing the peace are issued a misdemeanor summons because...its a misdemeanor.

He was arrested, but not booked. He also refused to leave when told to and went so far as grabbing the door frame like a 7 year old at the dentist.

I'm not sure what the legal definition of "arrested" is but he was escorted from the building, put into a police vehicle, driven a couple of blocks away, given a summons for disturbing the peace and resisting an officer and released.

He didn't go to jail, which was his goal. Lol at him.

Which tells you right there that his goal was to go to jail. I mean, who really thinks that grabbing the door frame is something that's gonna work?

"Oh this guy is grabbing the door frame for dear life."
"We should let him go"
