He just wanted it t look like he was being dragged out hard by the police, going peacefully isnt near as good for the cause

It appears that Sandra Sterling is actually Sandra Augustus. On her FB page, she has a business card for "Be Str8 Out Bail Bonds LLC" with her name as Sandra Augustus. Further investigation shows that the business is registered under the name Sandra Augustus. LINK
Looks like she is trying to make a dollar off Alton being shot by using the same last name.
