Any cheese. I didn't eat my first piece of pizza until I was a teen. Sour cream, butter----I had a thing against dairy I guess. Now I eat most of the white cheeses and a few of the yellow cheeses. One of my favorites is Smoked Gouda.

COTTAGE CHEESE - ok, gross, right?
So, dinner with colleagues at a convention in Indianapolis in 2014. No one ordered the side of cottage cheese that came.

For some reason the context of a side of cottage cheese at a work dinner at a convention seemed odd.

You guys run out to a diner? Or is that an Indy thing?

I can’t even think of the last time I saw a side of CC on a menu, yet alone at a nice dinner establishment

Avocados. I make protein shakes most mornings now, and always throw a half an avocado in there. Still haven't quite come around to guac yet.

Brussel Sprouts...man, I could make myself sick on some good roasted brussel sprouts brushed with melted butter.

Okra...was never a fan as a kid.

Bell peppers, and a lot of other vegetables. Throw any of that on the pit, and I'm game.

Ditto on all 3 of those TH03 plus mushrooms. Guacamole was one of those things I wouldn't even try because of the name, the color, and the texture! Beer was one I tried and couldn't stand, maybe it was the really bad cheap kind or my taste changed I don't know. Now I absolutely love a good Gauc and a cold beer lol.

Most vegetables. Such a big difference in taste steamed vs grilled.

Oh and steaks. I didnt eat a non overcooked steak until like college years.

Onions. Now I can find a way to put them on or in pretty much everything except dessert foods.

Green beans

Growing up, mom cooked them to mush with a piece of pork thrown in there for flavor. Hated it. Now I love somewhat crispy green beans cooked “Asian style” with a lot of garlic.

Brussel sprouts
Olives
Cauliflower even though I've always loved broccoli
Blue cheese is doable for me now, though only in small amounts
Oysters
Sushi

Mayo is really the only thing I've never and still don't like.

I see avacado/guacamole in the thread. Definitely something that went from hate to love.

Fully loaded baked potato.

Didn't start eating that until I was like 20 as I knew people kept eating it with steaks and I just wanted to see what the fuss was about.
