There must not have been a lease agreement. If there was one, and unless there was a provision within the agreement allowing the current owner/landlord to end said lease with 30 days notice for any reason or no reason, the fleurty girl needs to hire an attorney.

If I had a couple hundred million, I'd set aside some play money to buy a city block in the FQ and make it a badass compound with a courtyard. It would be an impenetrable fortress with crazy security for me to host massive parties in.
