It's completely different.
A) The perpetrator has to have malicious intent in order to rape.....that wasn't the case here.
B) The lady was in the situation voluntarily....even dressing like a slut isn't volunteering yourself up to be raped...unless you are one of the people that believe it is....in that case God help your soul.

That was a weird situation. If I remember correctly, there was a projectile stuck in the barrel. When the blank was fired, it pushed the projectile out which killed Lee.

The cop should be charged with jail time, unfortunately I doubt he even gets that. This is my major problem with law enforcement. Accountability
Every supervisor in that room has to be fired. How tf was this even approved
Also no way in hell I would volunteer for this exercise, when I see police I automatically assume theyre either a jackass or a dumbass, in this case the assumption was true.
If im the family Im sueing the department for every single penny they have. Enough bad things could not happen to this department imo.
