re: Florida cop gives "cell phone while driving" ticket to woman who only has one arm

I got a ticket for “Failing to display my plate legally” my wife worked for an attorney. The statute dictates that license plate must be displayed in a horizontal position clearly seen from the rear of the car. It was propped up in the back window, horizontal all clearly seen.

Her boss knew the cop. On his next trip to the courthouse he encountered the cop and showed him the statute. “Delete the ticket or prepared to get ridiculed by the judge.” He withdrew the ticket. They don’t carry a rule book with them. Statutes are not in their playbook.

Again cops are simply and barely high school graduates. They take a 6 week course on how to write tickets, and run around in grey sweatsuits. They then go out to the world to try in real time to enforce and interpret the laws, laws that are written by politicians, legal minds, judges and what not.

Cops are always designed to fail, which is why I wonder why people escalate the situation. Just laugh and say thank you and go beat their arse in court.

Cops only require a high school diploma. The academy is 6 weeks here in central Louisiana. Any more questions?

I don't care if he gave it to her or not I'm just glad cops are being vigilant about this shite. It's infuriating.

The other week I was finally able to get by a guy who kept pressing his brakes and no one was in front of him. Like 5 times in a half mile stretch. Finally get past him and he has his phone in his hand texting. I yelled "get off your f*** phone" as I drove by. Forgot I had my moon roof open, and he had his windows open.

Bust this people and people driving with their damn dogs on their laps. Arrghhho hate those people

Actually, you and the other bootlickers don't realize the problem isn't that stuff like this happens. The problem is this pos won't be fired because you'll give him the benefit of the doubt. My buddy in high school hooked up with a girl that had a nub. She was a smoke show too. Hooked up with her at his house in his swimming pool. He said it took a while of her swimming in a circle cause she had only one rudder for it to happen. Haha.
