From reading it, it’s 50 bucks worth of groceries per person. Not sure if that’s per household or what but it’s 50 bucks and not a free for all. Seems like it’s like the casino comping your room for a night to come and gamble. They allow bets on almost anything and something tells me the value won is worth more at their stores. But the house never looses.

St. Paul, Kansas and going by Google it is one of the few that has ever been successful. Therfore I looked up the percentage of white people and in St. Paul Kansas it is 95%.

Pretty sure NYC isn't 95% white.
