Well after New Orleans voted her in a second time. She was the same person then as she is today.

Subpoenas are not the first step in a federal investigation. Coman says something else had to tip investigators off.
“There would have to be some predicate for the subpoenas to go out. It could be a news story, a witness coming forward, or the receipt of some material. They could come in a number of different categories, but something had to occur for the subpoenas to be generated,”

This is just becoming stupid. Everyone has already seen not a dang thing is gonna happen to a black woman in power.
For always wanting to play the victim card, black women in power could get away with just about anything and nothing will occur

It’s a super nice place and, knowing the owners and clientele, I’m sure that they are assisting in the investigation as much as possible.

They may bring her to trial, maybe even convict her, but it will be long after she is out of office.

Her indiscretions show how much this woman is all about one thing- herself. She loves the glow of being mayor with the fancy lifestyle and feels the entitlement to spend the people’s tax money to make her look good.
There are more stories to come and one in particular is going to be relatively earth shattering if it ever gets reported-which will happen if the facts play out….

They should. Ain't no way you can redo a kitchen for that price.

She's not as "high profile" and, in the end, she plead. Further, to be fair to her, she almost sounded like she was genuinely remorseful and understood that she should face the consequences.
Having said that, I'm still shocked she didn't take her chances with an Orleans parish jury. As Jason Williams showed, no amount of evidence would be a slam dunk against a black politico in Orleans Parish even with a federal jury convened in Orleans Parish.

Literally nothing that comes out at this point would surprise most people.

Starting to look like the recall may not be needed. She clearly has some moles in her administration, and her stank is getting thick.

She fricked with the wrong person/people. They are going after her hard and I never thought it would happen.
