Burr is at a point in his career where he can book a show around sporting events he wants to go to. Does a few shows, goes to the game, and brings the family with him. Must be a liberating feeling.

I was high, but he didn’t seem fricked up.

The late, great Ollie Joe Prater.

Richard Pryor called Ollie Joe "the last renegade White man."

Had the pleasure of getting drunk with him after his show. Really nice guy.

Honorable Mention:
James Sibley
Tim Wilson
James Gregory

Dude is hilarious. Will he recover from the wiener incident?

He already has. Check his new show out if you can find it. He leans into the incident and it’s absolutely hilarious. Will he write again for a sit com? Who knows; but he will always have a spot on stage wherever or whenever he wants.

Jerry Seinfeld was a lot funnier live than I thought he would be. He answered some questions after his set from the audience and that was funnier than his act. I enjoyed the impromptu more than I did the act itself.

I haven't been to many, so Pablo Francisco is the winner for me.

I knew he was still doing stand up but it seemed his projection was heading through the roof and it was killed.

I saw Carrot Top live back in the day when he was funny and less freaky.

I have seen Ron White live. He might have been drunk...who knows...but it was still a damned good show.

Sam Kinison in Baton Rouge.

I saw Rodney at the Saenger back in the 80's but the sound system was shitty that night and we could barely hear him up in the balcony. He told the theater to return our money.

I also saw Jerry Seinfeld at the Saenger and I laughed my a$$ off.

Mitch was the opener when I saw Dave Attell and Lewis Black. I like Mitch, but I wouldn't call him a favorite. He was good when I saw him.

I’d love to see Jezelnik. Also, had no idea he went to Tulane.
