Only strategy is to insulate yourself from them completely. No Walmart. Leave earlier for everything. Essentially map certain areas that you will avoid at all times. Takes a little more money and effort, but it segregates you from all of the "people who annoy you".

I think once you see it enough you can't let yourself get mad about it but accept thats just what a certain amount will do. They don't understand why that behavior is antisocial and they won't ever understand. It is what it is and just accept it and life will be easier.

Get to carpool. This carpool has a main road and a couple of streets that connect to main carpool road. Everyone allows anyone coming off side road to join main road 99.5% of the time. All except one group of people. They will purposely move up close to the car in front of them to not let anyone in line.
Walmart last night waiting in self checkout line of people. About 5 people waiting in line for the 3 registers. Fat POS lady decides that she sees someone finishing up. Pushes her buggy around and through everyone waiting in line and goes and waits behind the person finishing up.
Odd. We have none of that here. I wonder what the difference is.

Everyone talks tough until its time to step up. Let me know when you confront some queen in your local Walmart, get into a fight with her and have to deal with all the resulting BS from law enforcement all the way to her legal challenges.
Its not that I don't appreciate your sentiment, but few (if any) people are going to risk what little (or lots) they may have because some troglodyte is misbehaving in the checkout line.
Especially if the troglodyte doesn't pose an immediate threat.

They can't/won't tell kids they cannot have them, but they tell the kids they cannot use them or have them in their hands. You can thank the parents that cannot tell their kids No and need to be able to get in touch with them any second of the day because the parents cannot function without checking in with their kids.
The kid OP was talking about was probably trying to get out that last message(s) before he stepped on the bus that most likely has a no using your cell phone policy

So do I. And it's not just black people. There are loads of people who do whatever they want because they know most people are just going to put up with it.
