Dram shop cases are incredibly hard to prove. Did she actually drink there? Did she buy it? Did she drink elsewhere? Was she actually drunk? It’s hard enough proving dram shop cases up in the event of wrongful death car accidents let alone an idiot hitting the floor.
And even if you prove that, you have the lady being a dumbass to include in the analysis.

Looks to me like the casino will have to settle with this woman when she sues them for serving too much alcohol and not intervening and having an employee watch as she gets decked.
