My first thoughts were some older possibly drunk retarded lady had gotten away from her handlers.
She’s basically appears to be a child in an adult’s body. If you can fend her off with a stiff arm, why the need to risk inflicting brain damage? You’re in a casino. Security should be on the way.
The retarded lady is asking for it. But we don’t knock out retarded people.
The younger, more mentally stable lady then callously shows disinterest when old retarded lady takes a head dive to the floor? That ain’t right.

More people, drunk or not, need to feel consequences when they do stupid shite like this. Was it a fair fight? Hell no. Should security have handled it? Absolutely. Was the woman in the right for knocking this annoying, drunk belligerent A hole out? Absodamnlutely. Too many people are too comfortable doing this shite and getting away with it.

The casino security should have taken care of it. The big girl showed a lot of restraint, but drunk girl kept coming at her and after she hit her, big girl defended herself.
