Isn't this kind of the same concept of "revenge porn"? They do this stuff with the understanding it doesn't go public and then it shows up everywhere?

Right. He was facing decades in prison because the prosecutor over charged him. He plead guilty to whatever counts of fraud, forgery, wire fraud, blackmail and the judge sentenced him to 10 years based on his guilty plea.
So all of you rape mongers in here defending this POS can breathe easy.
There was no rape here. Your stupidity in not understanding the meaning of words notwithstanding.

No indictment for rape.

Yes, I was going to say sounds more like fraud than rape.
I feel more sorry for the people he scammed out of wedding photos.

Was the sex consensual between the 2 parties ? If so nothing illegal.

If the dude had just stayed at the Citadel and stuck with trying to be a Maester, he wouldn't be in this fix.

Judge rules in favor of the plaintiffs, defendant must make restitution payments in the amount of $1,000-$5,000 per day.

That dude is a lot of things but rapist is not one of them.
Posted on 9/14/17 at 10:32 am to Jim Smith
1. Not rape. Not even close to rape.
2. He should go to jail. Mostly for using successful entities names like "Playboy", etc.
That is criminal.

I have to wonder....has anyone searched for these videos? If anyone has, and found any of them...please give me the links to them. My cousin works for an internet scrubbing company. I just want to make sure these things are taken down before any more damage is done.

I'm no lawyer but I feel that fraud is the only charge they can make stick.
