I don't get the arrest
Because he played it poorly. It's one thing to trick them into having sex as a porn audition but blackmailing them with the pictures/video afterwards is frowned upon, and likely what got a prosecutor's attention.

If this guy just starts a website and puts the videos on them he should be fulfilling his end of the deal. If he's already done that can somebody let me know the site name?

Next: woman has sex with man because he told her he loved her and he really didn't. Arrested.

Well, on the one hand I think the guy was pretty smart in tricking dumb people into having sex with him, and on the other hand I think what he did was potentially rape.
I have a feeling this goes on more than than this one case.
There is no such thing as potential rape. Sex is either consensual or it is not. Where do we go from here ? "he told me he loved me so i gave him the pussy and then he dumped me, that's rape?"
What about bitches who tell men they are on birth control and they aren't and end up pregnant? Did they rape the guy too?
At what point did we become a country where someone else is always responsible for the poor decisions of some? Having sex with a fat dude who says he's gonna make you a porn star if you suck his dick is a poor decision. Live with the results, this guy doesn't belong in jail. Lying isn't illegal.

If lying to women to get them to have sex with you is a crime I'll be the first one to lock myself up and serve my time

You show up for the interview and there are forms to fill out and everything looks promising.
Oh, to qualify for this job, you fist have to suck the interviewer's dick and let him cum on your face.
You're desperate and really need the job.
You let him do his "tryout ".
I leave the interview. These girls agreed to have sex with him and signed consent forms. NOT RAPE

He's definitely not innocent. Let's reverse the gender's here, a woman tells a man he can have sex with her for money. Woman never pays. Is the woman convicted of rape?

This is what happens, Larry.

I would bet they guy did not get jail time for rape. 24 counts of rape does not equal 10 years. I am pretty sure he got the jail time for black mail and the forging of documents, etc.

Financially, yes.

Rape/sodomy

The blackmail doesn't help his "innocence" argument
I didn't see the part about the blackmail. That is an entirely separate issue than the consent . I'm fine with him going to jail for blackmailing these women.

You can stop right there because that's consent. He didn't force you to do it.
It's unethical, but it isn't rape.

Right. He was facing decades in prison because the prosecutor over charged him. He plead guilty to whatever counts of fraud, forgery, wire fraud, blackmail and the judge sentenced him to 10 years based on his guilty plea.
So all of you rape mongers in here defending this POS can breathe easy.

he pleaded guily to wire fraud, recieved 10 years, hence the federal prison.
he had zero% chance of being convicted of rape as the dumb bitches consented to have sex with him.
Example # 499679968687578070966845568 of why the 19th should be repealed.

I disagree.
Those girls went to him with the specific intent of having sex in exchange for something they wanted ("stardom"). There was no guarantee they'd get it.
Now was his method of seducing them creepy? Yes. Immoral? Absolutely.
Rape? Nah. Don't think so.

Oh, this douche was under oath when offered modeling jobs for sex? I doubt it.
