Admitting I haven't read through any posts but OP, but you're fricked. But don't worry, there will be another not father soon.
My biggest bitch WRT to this was ex wife's new husband didn't want to be called Mr. X, but wanted to be called by his first name by my kids. My son tried to change how he referred to me from Papi/Paps to something else, and I shut that shite down within two weeks. Hasn't occurred in two years since.

Yep...straight up told my daughter that there was only one "Daddy" and that was me. Told the ex to shove it and come up with something else. There wasn't going to be a daddy bob and a daddy mike...period.

Oh.
Well, nevermind.
In all honesty, as long as you are a part of your daughter’s life she will know who her dad is, regardless of what she calls her stepdad. And I even agree with you that it would bother me as well if I were in your shoes. But don’t expect the mom to change anything. I do think it may not be a case of her trying to ice you out of your daughter’s life or replace you though. The more civil divorces parents can be, the MUCH better off the kid will be. So just try to work with your ex as much as you can, and always, always be a dad to your kid, and I bet this will work out fine in the long run.
That’s my two cents.

Everyone I know who knew growing up that had divorced parents just called their step-parent “Mr” or “Ms” whatever

That shite wrecked me. I didn't see my daughter for almost a year because she "didn't feel like it," and my ex wife did zero to encourage daddy/daughter contact, which resulted in 40k of legal fees to resolve.

that's like 8 days a month. he's there more than you are, and what she calls him is what you're worried about? how about you get out your feelings about some other man and figure out how to get more time with your kid.

You made a bad decision. Own up to it and make damn sure your child doesn’t suffer because of it. It’s on you. Not your ex or her current husband (and there will be others, I’m willing to bet).
God, you fricking suck dude.
I know people that have had wonderful wives and lives then some postpartum depression hormones turn the wife's personality upside down. What is he supposed to do... predict that? frick you and get out your bubble before placing the blame on the husband. I sure hope all is truly perfect in your life because you're throwing some serious stones from your glass house.
OP, life can be tough. It will give you enough things to stress about.. don't make dumb decisions that will create more stress for yourself. Try hard to focus on those things that you can actually do something about. Finally, do the best you can to be the moral compass the child will need. Good luck
Edit -- also I agree with the post above me. There's no reason you can't do 50/50. Get to work on being a dad.

Most every time I side with the fathers when hearing about divorce issues because women will try, and often succeed at screwing over good husbands/dads.
But then I read this:
No, the ex should not allow her to call the new guy dad, but WTF dude? You’re pretty much allowing your kid to be raised by somebody else because work is more important?
Cut back on work hours, take her to court to get 50/50 custody and re-do the financial arrangement based on your new work/pay schedule.

Your mom may let you call him by his first name, but I don't.
You sound like a poor dumb bastard that hasn't been through a divorce yet, and doesn't know how this works. Kindly excuse yourself.

You never really truly know a woman until you go through a divorce.

Be prepared for her asking or trying to change your daughters last name “so the child doesn’t feel awkward having a different last name from her future brothers and sisters”…

Why don’t you split custody of your daughter?

This. You can have it put in a court order that it’s not allowed.
