Great point. Even my wife, who is as passive as the Easter Bunny, has gotten fed up with the complaints.

City-Run Utility -- A municipalization of Entergy's assets by the City of New Orleans so the city can assume direct ownership and management of the electric and gas systems for customers. This would allow the city to have maximum control over customer rates and business operations, the elimination of a rate of return requirement, and access to potential reimbursements afforded under the federal government emergency assistance laws.
Do it!

Can't blame them for that.

As much of a disaster as that would be, NO politicians will jump all over that because it will another huge entity to funnel money away from to help pay down the city’s mountain of aging debt.

Someone start a gofundme to help the city buy Entergy New Orleans. I’ll pony up the first $500

If you are on Entergy as I currently an, the last thing you want is NO merging with the rest of us.

Destroyah has a minority hire in mind with experience at an electric company.

How does Jeff Parish get from under the ENO umbrella and become part of the larger Entergy Louisiana?
Posted on 9/21/21 at 12:26 pm to Weekend Warrior79
They already are

Sure about that?
Whenever I need to log into my account or check for outages; I am routed through ENO

Did y’all see they accidentally sent the whole media and messaging plan to Helena Moreno on accident? What a comedy show this will be.

ENO is only Orleans Parish

New Orleans would be in the dark until Christmas after a hurricane like Ida with this option

LOL. NO is so incompetent that they would lose power hours before a storm hit landfall through blatant screw ups, much like with the SWB and the pump system.
Posted on 9/21/21 at 12:33 pm to ell_13
Sounds like the public figured out they never upgraded the system after the billions they’ve received over the past 15 years. So it’s time to cut bait and let someone else invest the money

They should do this because Nola is really good at that kind of thing
