As much of a disaster as that would be, NO politicians will jump all over that because it will another huge entity to funnel money away from to help pay down the city’s mountain of aging debt.

LOL. NO is so incompetent that they would lose power hours before a storm hit landfall through blatant screw ups, much like with the SWB and the pump system.

Sounds like the public figured out they never upgraded the system after the billions they’ve received over the past 15 years. So it’s time to cut bait and let someone else invest the money
