Imagine thinking that Bill Gates is some virtuous person who has no desire to control people.

It is the future, sci-fi has been telling us this for years.

I suggest you people start catching up on Black Mirror episodes.

Imagine the crazy side of it when people start exploiting it. Ok amputee can use it to operate a prosthetic arm and have a somewhat normal life. Wait till someone makes a terminator crazy robot arm with knives hammers and guns and whatever on it.

Dear lord you chicken littles are hilarious. How is a prosthetic gun arm any different from someone holding a gun?

The scary side of it to me isnt what I could control with one, it's who could potentially control me if I had one.

Jesus the left really can’t meme

Did someone honestly laugh at this? Be honest.

You understand that Elon musk doesn’t want to force people to get a brain chip right? Bill Gates is in favor of mandating vaccines.

Will you at least acknowledge there is a difference? If Elon wanted to make brain chips mandatory I would 100% be against it

You can't restore something they never had.

I watch too many si-fi movies. I’m not chicken little but if you think about the developments of robotic and tie this in you could see some wild stuff possibly especially when the military starts exploring it

At that Rate, let’s sign up as many Libtards as we can. There’s a laundry list of posters on here we can send to the Lab.

Heck, they jump thru hoops to take the Vax, why not take a Chip with a mortality rate of 65%.

Can we nominate some TD members to this cause? I can name a few off the top of my head real quick!

Counter argument: we don’t need to keep artificially increasing the lifespans of sick and elderly people. Society cannot support it.

What makes you think society cannot support it? One of the things we have learned about society is we tend to self-regulate birth rate as we become more productive (rich people breed less while the poors keep breeding like rabbits).

Neuralink has far more potential to advance human productivity than any prior life extending technology. It has the potential to expedite learning in even healthy brains.

Where do we draw the line for helping people die from something else? If we were going to draw a line, I say let’s move forward with Neuralink and ease up on the more self destructive ailments such as lung cancer and heart disease. Please tell me why you would choose differently if made to choose.

It's going to be nice until those monthly subscription fees start... then when you don't pay your monthly fee, the chip gets turned off...

...yet. I've followed Neuralink for sometime now and I've always thought Elon's endgame is somehow developing a way to upload one's consciousness.

Either way, if it heals Parkinson's or Alzheimer's then I'm with it, spaceman. Make it happen.
