They intentionally punted that one because it would help Watson.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they canned this for the same reason.

It was an emergency meeting and this was the only item. That's why it was over so fast. Another emergency meeting for the same purpose is being called for Friday since they did not have a quorum today.

Article in the Advocate states that state ATC consider SWB’s already submitted opt-in to be the official request - and their position is EBR bars can open. So, I guess no one can enforce anything if bars decide to open?
