It’s a super nice part of the country. It’s growing at a very fast rate as others I’ve mentioned. housing is expensive. Also as others have mentioned, it’s nothing but transplants. I went before a hockey game a few weeks back during happy hour and thought it was pretty good and inexpensive - but it was happy hour. Nice to have another option downtown....

Hell yes! Let's go Canes! They needed another goal scorer badly. And now that Freddie is back, hopefully, that adds some stability to their shaky goaltending all season....

My two choices all year. Dropped Tua for Stafford. I think Goff is still a decent choice. Tua has Baltimore D and likely Waddle out. Go with Goff....

Devonte easily in my opinion. I traded Aiyuk because he was so inconsistent. He’s been better recently but he is a WR 2 and also behind CMC and Kittle ...

They are almost the exact same thing. I went with Hulu simply for the fact I watch science channel a decent amount and YouTube doesn’t have it. Look at their channel line ups and see which one fits your viewing habits more. They both offer ESPN +. I’ve never missed a sporting event with Hulu ...
