Wait til you hear about how they “slingshot” interstellar probes like Voyager 1 and 2 using other planets’ gravity. Truly amazing.

I'm old enough to remember when people had a sense of humor on this site

Well, it's hard to tell sometimes, because there actually are people, with an apparently functioning brain, that think that the earth is, indeed, flat. People that post here, even.

Not really sure how they continue to live, because they are obviously too stupid to breathe, but it is what it is.

We should try and catch it.

Eta
If we could figure out how to leverage the asteroid's gravity to adjust Earth's orbit around the sun ever so slightly out, that would solve more climate change issues than a trillion dollars in carbon credits.

The scary thing is that this asteroid is going to be close enough to be pulled into our orbit and we just discovered it 2 months ago? Maybe NASA needs to quit worrying so much about climate change and spend more money looking up for Gods sake.

Video says it is 33 feet across which is small considering. How big would it have to be to be a big danger of collision with the earth? Would a 33foot asteroid burn up in our atmosphere or do some Armageddon type damage?

Just so you know, Armageddon was not a documentary.

If something that large was really coming, ain't nothing we can do about it.

NASA isn't really going to put some oil field baw on a rocket and have him drill in space
