When I worked in a customer service role back in the day we legitimately had a client named Neverseenher and another named Derhonda.

Once checked in a family at a doctor’s office where all the kids had “Mister” or “Misses” in front of their legal names

I've got a brother-in-law that works for La. State Probation & Parole and he told me he once had a guy he had to keep track of that was on probation for drug offenses.

Part of what he had to do was make sure he was living where he said he was, who he was living with, that he had a job and was staying clean.

He visited the guy and asked who lived in the house with him and the guy said his wife and daughter and he got their names. When he asked the guy the daughters name he asked the guy to spell it since he had no clue how it was spelled.

The guy told him Ashole. When my brother-in-law said that was really close to calling his daughter an a-hole the guy said, "NO, her name is pronounced Ah-show-lay"
