The International Day Pass makes total sense and I always use it. But one annoying piece. If you are flying within the US but your airport is near a Canadian border (think Detroit) and you forget to put the phone on airplane mode when landing, it might ping a Canada tower and it will turn on the $...

There's a pretty short prescriptive period for an unpermitted addition or non-conforming structure. Unless it is in the French Quarter. There, the prescriptive period runs only from actual notice by the VCC of the nonconforming structure. So if this home is in the FQ, they can make the owner demo...
