Drunk Florida Deputy arrested for felony elder abuse after bar fight.

Baw 44, was drunk trying to mack on memaw when papaw fronted him up.
I have embarrased myself a few times at the club but I would committ Seppuko if this was my life, 4PM drunk as F trying to hook up with 71 year old granny.

Baw in shades put him in a headlock, doing some reading about this cop and he's a real shitbird, also found a real rabbit hole with a guy who had beef with Volusia Count Sheriff Chitwood, wonder if any of our Floridaman posters have any insight.

Good stuff here. Baw with the shades had the slowest choke hold take down of all time. Probably easing himself down for a softer landing.

Two felonies. The sheriff did not cut his deputy any slack either. Rare that you see a blue criticize their own and praise a citizen for stepping him to put an officer (off duty) in a chock hold to subdue him. Sounds like deputy will be fired if sheriff’s threats reign true. Lot of good came from a messed up situation.

I know a guy who spent a year in jail over a similar situation. Drunk, off duty cop in Indiana continued f’ing with him in a bar, it got physical, the home county of the cop did take care of him. My guy got completely railroaded. He was in Indiana working and his wife and kids were without him for a year.
