I had to look it up myself. If you have TikTok, just search Door Dash girl and go from there. The girl posted the video but it keep getting deleted.

She has a couple of screws loose.

The double standard is absurd. And once you see it, you can't unsee it.

Not going to watch that video, but the door dasher was there for a job and was supposed to take a photo of the delivery. Would be easy to tell if she's aiming the camera through a window.

Then there's the whole "posting it on the internet" thing.

If this is a real thing and not some staged BS.....there would be severe consequences for both the door dasher and for door dash the company. Unless this happened in some lunatic state or the guy was passed out up against a glass door.

A lot of people are saying she allegedly reposted an edited version of her original online video showing the door wide open after allegedly taking down the original video where the door was slightly cracked and she opened it so the whole "he left the door wide open".

The customer is laying low and being quiet while door dash girl keeps digging a hole posting more videos about the incident which brings up another point about the lack of accountability.

The customer is wisely being tight lipped knowing he has a very good case for a lawsuit. Meanwhile the delivery girl keeps on posting videos which in a normal world would be the absolute worst thing someone in her position should be doing but because she's a woman and he's part of the one and only "oppressor" demographic she'll get off with at worst a slap on the wrist and won't have to pay a penny while Door Dash will end up having to clean up her mess and settle out of court with the customer.

Meanwhile the victim won't receive an apology from her despite having his reputation ruined and will somehow at best be considered a pervert and creep and at worst be considered someone who got away with SA all for the crime of passing out half naked in his own home

I can't believe that she doesn't have a parent, sibling, or friend to tell her "you are being ridiculous....stop now". Maybe she does and she's ignoring it.

Yeah, not sure it would matter. She’s a shitcan human. This is a series of awful things she has done, not just a one-off “oops, my bad” thing.

Doesn’t matter how many voices of reason she has around her, she’s shite.

The curtilage of your home is considered non-private. Anything that can be seen from the cartilage is also generally non-private.

To bring this to a less lurid scenario, law enforcement can, for no reason whatsoever, walk up to your front door whenever they please. If they see you through the window violating a law, they can absolutely arrest you and use as evidence what they saw/recorded through your door windows.

Because it’s not considered private if it’s viewable from the curtilage.

Again, I’m glad she was fired. I also think she’s potentially exposed to civil liability. I’m just not sure that anyone, male or female, who did what she did should be criminally prosecuted for taking the pictures.

With that said, that’s framed within the video voyeurism context that posters were talking about. Now that I’ve had my coffee, I’m rolling around the fact that most states have passed some flavor of non consensual disclosure of private images statues (“revenge porn”) that very well might apply, depending on how they are worded.

Eh. They'll likely pay out for the PR mitigation, but any decent lawyer would probably make the case that independent contractors exceeding the scope of their engagement to commit intentional torts are not DD's problem.

I'm not watching that fool 45 minute video, so I don't know if there's some new information come out that provides more context.

But from what I know of the situation, I think this is a type of thing where both people are in the wrong. If you're purposely ordering food, getting naked, and leaving your front door wide open. That sounds like something only a creep would do. You did that so you can show your junk off to the unsuspecting driver.

At the same time, that is not rape, as the young lady tried to say. If you want to say sexual harassment, absolutely. Indecent exposure, absolutely. Report it to the police all day. But to immediately film to place on social media is where she especially went wrong, imo.
