Guy had the ability to order food through an app but didn’t have the ability to close and lock the door?

Sounds like everyone involved is a dumbass. Which is usually the case when stuff goes viral.

She’ll be sued in civil court but she likely has no assets.

It’s crazy to think that God could’ve made Adam a bro instead and we’d still be in the garden of Eden

He can sleep upside like a bat for all I care.

I just think someone passing out with their pants off but shirt still on is pretty odd.

So she's a Peeping Tammy and committed video voyeurism? She should absolutely face some type of charge. Not sure why she hasn't, if that's the case.

Criminal statutes are different everywhere, but most video voyeurism statutes have an element of there being a reasonable expectation of privacy. For example, if you’re naked on your front lawn and someone records you, that’s not video voyeurism. If you’re naked in your bedroom, someone jumps the fence and records you through the window, that’s video voyeurism. If you’re naked inside your home, but visible from the front door, which you not only actively invite people to, but general societal expectations state people can approach whenever they’d like, it creates a bit of a gray area that could be reasonably interpreted either way, in my opinion.

But that’s for criminal liability. Civil liability might be more interesting, and I’m certainly glad she got fired.

If you don’t drink alcohol though this doesn’t happen at all.

You’ve never jerked it on the couch late at night after coming home from the bars and striking out?

could easily catch a voyeurism charge especially considering there were explicit instructions to leave it by the door.

I do have to wonder how this would play out had the delivery driver been a man, and the customer a woman. But I think I already know the answer.

US white boy culture - the rules of this culture are clear - white girls are Princesses. They are to be pampered, catered to, worshiped - they are never wrong, they must always be praised, they don't have to work or do anything they don't want to do. If they might want something, you should have it ready for them before they ask for it.

Where does this come from? I don't know. Maybe England?

To understand how women think- and deal with it intelligently- I always remember this Hillary Clinton quote:

quote:

”Women have always been the primary victims of war. Women lose their husbands, their fathers, their sons in combat.”

You cannot argue with it. You can only seek to understand it, lol.

Just like using the race card. She knew she fricked up so when all else fails, find a way to use a touchy subject and blame someone else

I watched a few minutes of her video crying that DD kicked her to the curb and her being the victim. Apparently the guy was nakked at least from the knees up but passed out. The SA she claims to have suffered is simply seeing him nude. She's a nutcase. Sure, the guy was dumb for not closing his door but he was drunk, it was his home. She invaded his privacy.
