I've done it for over a decade. The trick is to not have the safety on.

how do we know he wasn’t going through some post divorce trauma/depression? he heard voices in his head saying kill her and he couldnt control it. let’s have some compassion, and you can’t prove without reasonable doubt that he didnt hear those voices.
the system failed him. so sad.

That hero waiter used every inch of his arms to get around that loser.

Let's say he had the safety off and successfully shot her, did he expect to get away with it? Not a very good plan if you're trying to get away with murder.

He was an attorney and he seems like a real dumb a-hole. Maybe he thought he could beat the attempted murder charge by claiming he was just trying to scare her not kill her? He was also accused of miming pointing a gun at the prosecutor during the trial and was kicked out because he was interrupting during closing arguments.

The other patron at the table, simply placed their arm on the assilent. Like that was going to stop anyone.
The way he reacted, I’m not sure he knew about the gun until after the waiter grabbed him.

Fatass upset over losing his ex-spouse Ms Fatass. Great setup for a future Ozempic commercial.

The waiter delivered his hash browns mugged, popped, slapped, pinched, choked and punched.

It was the waiter who tackled him but the two guys in the dark quarter zips that delivered the arse beating.
They come in a couple seconds into it and spend the rest of the video up in the corner just working on his face. Awesome to see it. Looked like old school NOPD on some dude that ran from the cops.
