My kids are young and still get the monthly books from her foundation.

All else aside, Dolly was great people. RIP

Wife and daughter are gonna be real upset. Genuinely one of the few people left that just had a golden heart.

End of an era.

Hope they wrap Willie up in bubble wrap in the meantime. I’m gonna need a little time to recover from Dolly before Willie goes.

Dang it. They just had the round of media reports that she was doing better.

Saw that too. She said she'd been neglecting her well-being for a while taking care of her husband and was refocused on getting that right again.

The first word i always associate with Dolly, even before boobs, is nice.

Just a genuinely good and nice lady.

That is a hell of a compliment.

RIP legend.

Very rarely does someone famous pass without some negative reception. Dolly was by all accounts a good person

This and Betty White......two of the worst/hardest ones the past few years. Before that it was John Prine back during early Covid times.

There was a story a couple years ago about wanting to rename BNA after her. I think Dolly Parton Nashville International Airport should definitely happen. Put a statue of her there as well.

The term icon is thrown around so much nowadays, but she is one of the few celebrities. I really consider an icon rest in peace.
