We used the Bissell stain remover stuff. You spray it out of the bottle and there's a little bristle area connected to it that helps you scrub it in. Let it sit, dry with a paper towel. Repeat if it doesn't come up completely.

Saved a bunch on an apartment deposit doing this.

The person who won't let the dogs live out of doors needs to learn how to sew slip covers and then make multiple covers for the cushions as the dogs destroy them.

I was hoping to find a decent company to come in and clean them.

Weekly? Because unless you train them to not get on the couch, this is what it will take.

They don't get on the couch when we are home and they are going back to puppy jail when we are gone. ( just a baby gate to keep them in the hall way)

So just need a good one time deal. Seems a few people took the DIY route. I might try that before contacting a company.

Cloth and not leather?

Dollar general here rents out rug doctors with the couch cleaning attachment. Like 80 bucks

Too late now. Why people allow dogs on their couch or bed is crazy to me.

Getting my dogs housebroken and trained to stay off the furniture is the first thing I do when I get a new dog.

After a day sweating in my loafers with no socks my dogs won't destroy a couch but they will make you not want to sit on it until the smell dissipates.

They are licking their paws because they itch. Stop feeding them shitty food. Food allergy or just disgusting cheap dog food. Your welcome.

Guardsman can take out some unbelievable stains. We've used them with a protection plan, but they do work outside of plans as well.

Lay a blanket on the couch. Not sure what fabric your couch is made of but our dog occasionally does the same thing, but it never stains.

And to those not wanting dogs on the couch, I love watching TV and having my 65lb chocolate lab's big head resting in my lap.

Until burglars come to visit and your dogs are outside in the yard barking away ...

well they aren't supposed to be laying on the couch at all. We had a baby gate that kept them in one room while we were gone but my lifetime roommate decided they were old enough to "be out on their own". Took 2 days....

We don't let them on the couch at all is what pisses me off the most.

What if it’s not the dogs but your wife getting destroyed by some random

why don't you lay a blanket down over the spot they lay on?

I agree. I think a poo poo blanket is in order here.
