So both my dogs like to hop up on my couch and lick their paws making huge wet spots on the couch. Now I have a big stained spot where he sits on the L part of the couch.

So since I don't have OT money to just go buy a new couch...Does anyone know of a good couch cleaner in the Metry area? Or home remedies to get these damn spots off my sittin couch?

TIA

Sounds like it is no longer your sittin couch.

Are the cushion covers not washable?

Have you tried just scrubbing the spots with a wet cloth?
If not try a Bissell little green machine or
Then put a sheet the same color of the couch down

That's your dogs lickin' couch now. You'll have to get yourself a new sittin' couch.

No not removable. I was hoping to find a decent company to come in and clean them.

Haven't even though about the Bissell. Thanks

I've been trying to get them to be outside dogs since we got them. The other 50% owner will not allow it.

I'd put my kids outside before I put my dogs outside.

This may sound crazy but - why don't you lay a blanket down over the spot they lay on? Doesn't solve your current problem of a gross couch, but food for thought next time.

Try a little carpet cleaner and a wet/dry vac. Clean more area than just the dirty spot.

I wish this was my problem. We had to put our sweet dog to sleep yesterday after battling cancer.

Just get the dogs to lick the rest of the couch so it all matches.

You can use peanut butter to help accomplish this.

well they aren't supposed to be laying on the couch at all. We had a baby gate that kept them in one room while we were gone but my lifetime roommate decided they were old enough to "be out on their own". Took 2 days....

We don't let them on the couch at all is what pisses me off the most.
