We give our two dogs little scraps of leftovers after our dinner on most days. It seems like the highlight of their day and rarely is anything refused.

One dog will sometimes reject Chick fil A Waffle Fries if they are older than 30 minutes. Both will sort of eat popcorn although I had a dog once that refused that.

Recently, I had some sort of app with crab/spinach/cheese dip. I gave the dogs a few mushrooms covered in the good stuff. They both licked it all off but refused to actually eat the mushrooms, which surprised me a little.

my dog refuses vegetables or fruits. He will eat any meat or carb otherwise though (we usually cut a small piece before we cook our own and cook it for him unsalted).

One of mine won’t eat Doritos or watermelon but anything else. The other will eat both.

The other won’t eat whipped cream and will actually growl at it. The other eats it.

Neither eat onions (poisonous to my knowledge regardless).

Couldn't ever get the little shite to eat broccoli. Or anything green for that matter.

dog food has only been around for few decades, it`s garbage even the best ones. The fact that you have to remove all human food to get them to eat it says a lot. Domesticated dogs have eaten with humans for thousands of years and flourished, commercial dog food is a scam...but getting back on topic anything human she tends to like;

Yea cold popcorn and cold potatoes usually don’t interest dogs. Tried to give mine watermelon recently and he kinda licked it then left it on the floor

My dog does not like butter beans. I can give him a whole bowl full of various human foods and he will just eat the shite out of it....but if there is a single butter bean in a whole mouth full of food, he will swallow everything else and spit the single butter bean out on the ground!

Mine doesn't even think about what she's eating before devouring it. Broccoli, spinach, cat shite, whatever.

Mine won't eat some fruits or vegetables. The only time they do is when they are trying to eat it before the other dog
can inspect it.

I make my dog's food. Mix up eggs, beef tips, carrots, potatoes, and squash and cover it with brown gravy. He loves that shite so much that never begs.

My dogs like human food, but I swear they'd prefer to eat dog shite instead.

I had a basset hound in college that got into a sack of cheeseburgers my roommate bought

Came home to find no cheeseburgers, wrappers everywhere and a passed out swollen basset on the couch.

Went to go clean up the mess and in the middle of each wrapper was the pickle from the burger. He spit out every one of them.

Yes. It baffles me that dogs who readily eat horseshite, horse hooves, calf nuts, bull horns, dead varmits, live vermin, moldy sweet feed, leather of all types, and even their own shite, will turn up their noses at human food if it isn’t just right.
