Wife's Audi(2019) does not.
The special run flat tires (don't work well when she runs into the curb) are expensive af to replace...
My Audi is a 2019 and has the spare, it's an A5 so some of the higher performance trims may not have them.
My wife thinks hitting curbs is a sport. The car has 20k miles and is on its third right front tire

2016 F150 came with a full spare

My GX has one.
My GTR does not and neither does my wife's Model3.

A couple weeks ago I stopped to help an old lady with a flat and when I checked her trunk she didn't have a spare. She had no idea.

Another reason to buy a full-size truck... they typically have full-size spares.
Our last car - a 2011 Sonata - had a donut that served it's purpose well when needed.
"fix-a-flat" is a copout and as others have alluded, it's to save weight and space to meet government imposed requirements

They also offer degraded performance over standard tires, though most people don't explore the limits of their tires routinely. The stiffer sidewalls increase the spring rate of the suspension and ride harsher than the equivalent non-run-flat as well, Bridgestone is a company that has done a lot of R&D getting the run-flats to be more compliant in normal use. I have not tried them but I refuse to use run-flats.

Most women and men carry their own spare tire now

My truck has a spare but you have to be a mechanical engineer/acrobat/Rubik's Cube solver to access it.

I don't know. I'll have to ask my chauffeur.

No. My Camaro came with run flats and a repair kit.
My Honda civic has one however but it’s a 2012

i wouldn't buy a car that doesn't have a spare tire. That's just dumb to not have.

Thats fine and dandy but the manufacturers should still make a place for one to go if an individual wants one.

Vette has run flats.
Every other vehicle has a donut as a spare except a Yukon.

Why would you not want a spare?
They do it to decrease weight to meet government fuel efficiency requirements.

That might be fine in a densely populated area, but out in BFE you could be screwed without one.
Posted on 7/31/23 at 3:34 pm to Gaston
its an extra you pay for now it seems.

I put a spare from a G35 in my Q50's trunk. Car had a spot for the jack and tools. Just not a spare. Then I replaced the run flats with Michelin Pilot Sport 4Ss. Drove so much nicer and cost the same as the shittastic run flats.

Rented a dodge truck for a week. It had full size donut. Kinda weird.

a 30lb spare tire and jack that makes up less than 1% of the total weight of the vehicle is not making a difference in fuel efficiency.
