I've seen a number of videos of foreigners hating on their own media and govt for making America seem like a wasteland.
MSM continues to be a problem globally. We need to find the puppet masters and send them to research the bottom of the ocean.

It’s not surprising at all. Hell, our own media has a significant portion of Americans convinced that America is a greedy, evil cesspool built on crushing people of color at every opportunity and that we deserve punishment and ridicule internationally.

Just did a 12 day mini-tour of parts of Canada and got back home last night. Toronto hates Americans. We were treated pretty terribly. Ottawa, Niagara Falls, and Montreal folks were some of the friendliest people and loved us. Our only shite experience was in Toronto.

I grew up in N.O., know every street, where it's OK and where it's not. The problem is that once you get 70+ you are much more vulnerable and a target. It's not boomer paranoia, it's reality.

I travel worldwide extensively for work. With the exception of most Asian countries the default English speaking channels in the hotel rooms are CNN, BBC, and less so Al Jazeera. Invariably those channels often get a US citizen to comment on US topics and guess what? That person typically hates their country and gloats while bashing it so it's no surprise how many foreigners hate us. Thankfully I've encountered very little bad treatment in most countries.

My mom is Danish, and my s/o is Swedish, so I am in Scandinavia a lot talking with our families. They generally think we are living dangerously and that Trump is a monster. We just laugh and tell them to come for a visit and decide for themselves. They always react like the WC videos. Things are great. They were mislead. Blah, blah, blah.
