I bought a 2015. Crappy construction like FCA was known for.
I had a 2016 and I loved it. Wish I had not sold it but my wife convinced me to get a newer one.

Yes, it has the V6 Hurricane.
What?

I know half the engine is very hard to reach.
Because the half you are going to be looking for doesn't exist.
Anyway...I like that engine.

Tte truth is idiots kept buying them and financing them for 7 years.

Imagine paying $88K for any dodge

I’m going to sit on my hands and keep driving my 2011 hopefully I’ll get a good deal when they go bankrupt…AGAIN.
It’s GM & Ford, too.
They got greedy and are now good and f*cked.

Meh, the diesel 2500 and 3500s aren't bad.

SURE, but not worth their 100k stickers.

This is the biggest problem. 80% of Americans are selfish idiots.

Rams are selling for $16,500 off the sticker due to many rebates. Coachman's would end up around $45,000, depending on features. Very reasonable, lots of features compared to similar priced F150.

I have 75k on a 22 gladiator I drive round trip Hammond to BR every day on the interstate. Gas mileage sucks but the ride is good…different but good. The “sucks on the interstate” trope is just not true unless you can only drive without thinking
you actually drive the vehicle I know that’s a foreign concept to many but it’s much more fun.
Anyway I love the gladiator and am never going back to a truck. The GMC Sierra it replaced was a full on POS. My wife makes the same drive in a 2012 wrangler that has almost 300K trouble free miles
get the gladiator it’s an incredible vehicle. I put a rack on the bed which makes it look better and doubles the cargo space. The rear seats are a little tight but obviously I don’t ride back there. It’s not a family vehicle that’s for sure

I've had 3 Jeeps, 3 Rams, a Chrysler & a Dodge over the past 25 years and never had one of them in the shop for anything other than routine stuff.

It’s all insane. You have a Chevy Tahoe High Country going for almost as much as a Range Rover Sport in 2024

I’m on my third Jeep, two wranglers and now a gladiator. The three best vehicles I’ve ever owned. I guess I’m the good kind of fool

I've read that they're having serious problems with the new Hurricane engine. They are melting catalytic converters.

75k current on 22 gladiator
300k current on 12 wrangler
225k on 06 wrangler (sold)
not one day in the shop on any of those except to replace the brakes and clutch on the wife’s 12 wrangler
the pentastar engine in recent/current wranglers is rock solid with plenty of power and a massive improvement on the previous lawnmower engine.
I can’t comment on anything dodge or dodge related nor any other Jeep product…but the wrangler and gladiator are great

55000 for a Wrangler S is insane. I bought one in 2018 for about 23000.
Over $30,000 for a compass is crazy. There is no way they're selling those other than to rental companies. But you know since they are buying in bulk, they aren't paying those prices.

Bought a 2025 GMC Yukon XL yesterday. It's the first time I've felt like I've given into the ridiculous new price structure on vehicles. My truck is nearly 7 years old with 150k miles and no plans to upgrade anytime soon. Wife's last vehicle was used when we bought it.
But wanted the bigger vehicle option. Used market is insane also. At least with the Yukon, you better hope they have what you want on the lot because it seemed to be slim picking. So, when they don't budge much, I get it. But there are rows and rows of trucks sitting there for more than double what I paid in 2018.

If I had to drive a Dodge I’d paint the windows black so nobody would see me driving that mother fricker.
