Do you sleep with a ceiling fan on during winter?

It has come to my attention that this is not a normal thing people do

I sleep with my ceiling fan on year round. I also pack a fan when I travel. Can't sleep without the air moving.

Ceiling fans are to be put in reverse in the winter. Blows the hot air trapped up high around the room.

Yeah I keep it on year round. I run it a little lower in the winter and have a timer set for it to go off an hour before I wake up.

Hell yeah.

Waking up hot in bed is miserable .

The colder the better. I am a big ol’ burrito wrapped up in my comforter
