I hate room without a fan. It feels like a sauna. I need the background sound and the air moving. I don’t have a problem in hotel rooms however when I don’t have a fan. I think the way the ac is in a room makes it that way.

My ceiling fan turns off maybe 3 or 4 times a year so I can dust it. Otherwise its running 24/7

Can’t remember the last time I turned mine off? I do reverse it in the winter though.

Yes. Air needs to circular no matter the temp. If you’re cold, change your fan to rotate clockwise and it will push hot air down. I don’t like the dry air blowing on my so I keep my fan rotating counter-clockwise to keep the cooler air moving down while I sleep.

Ceiling fan and side fan year round. If it gets reallllly cold I may ditch the side fan some nights
