Moved to Montana because I liked the cold weather. Unfortunately, the cold and snow cuts our business in half for 8 months of the year. Cold weather = months of stress.

Cold weather is fine, but I can’t take the wind when it’s cold.

When I was younger I was all about the hot weather but as I have aged I appreciate and look forward to the cold more.

I frickin hate cold weather. I'd rather 100° over 40° every day of the year.

I could easily live somewhere where 82 degrees is a heat wave.

June weather with afternoon thunderstorms and the noises of summertime.

You can't beat it.

Me, too. Late Autumn with a first snowfall is my favorite.

Cold weather, hand down. I hate waking up early in the morning, stepping out on the back porch with a cup of coffee to greet the day and feel like I've walked into a greenhouse 10 minutes after they watered the plants.

I ride a motorcycle and it's nothing short of miserable to do so in the summer months, especially around city traffic. Stop at a red light and the sun's beating down, heat from the engine and street is rising up and the air around you is stifling.

Lived in S LA my whole life. My favorite weather is a cloudy/gray January day that’s about 40 degrees.

My wife thinks I’m crazy.

recently moved to the Midwest and actually enjoy winter

I grew up in the Atlanta area and moved to Chicago after college. I loved the winter for the first year or 2 I was there. After that, it's brutal. When you think of winter you're thinking of the holiday season. What you don't think about is when it's April/May and it's still 30 degrees outside, that's when it starts being an issue. You're layering up to keep warm and then you look at the 70 degree weather in the South, that's when you really start missing the warmer weather.

This right here. I hate the cold weather. Difficult to function (from cold + layers), short days, little sunshine. Just miserable time of year.

Southern winters are overrated.

Overcast, wet, but no snow so it isn't pretty, bare trees.

Hot. I even enjoy running in NOLA on early morning summer days, when the temp is 80F and the dew point is 78. You get a workout and a sauna at the same time.

Cold and snow is enjoyable too, for like a month. But by February, all that sleet/slush/ice shite is demoralizing.

Hot weather sucks but it only bothers me in the extremes - say, mid to upper 90s.

Cold weather just sucks in general.

I guess what I'm trying to say is there might be 15 days a year where I say it's "too hot" versus 75 where I say it's "too cold". Also, my utility bills are worse in Winter than Summer. Then you have the idiots who can't drive in snow, etc.

Outside of hunting in Louisiana, there’s nothing to do when it’s cold.

Isn’t winter the best time of year for redfish down there?

For me, trout fishing in NC doesn’t heat up until October, and is best through spring , other than really cold days and higher elevations.
