I ditched the desk printer. If I need to print something, I have to get up and walk to get it. It’s a small thing, but I think it’s good for you.

Ditch the desk too. I went with a standup desk about 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. After Christmas break (2 weeks) I could feel the tiredness in my legs for the first 2 days back.
If they don't have HDCP but you have an idea of how many points they need, then just subtract those points from 36 to get their Squabbit HDCP. For instance, if they need 15 points then you would put them as a 21 HDCP in Squabbit (36-15 = 21).
We use similar scoring, except we have 4 for a birdie and 8 for an eagle. Our club wanted to charge us for the use of golf genius which is why we went with Squabbit. The one advantage to using golf genius is that it'll post the score automatically to GHIN where squabbit will not.

I have never used the golf genius on the backend, is it pretty custom where you can create any game that you want (like squabbit) or is it pretty standard on what it will allow?
Maybe this was mentioned before but why would the commissioner just not use the GHIN system and calculate off that? We play a Friday game and switch the games around every week and when we end up doing the Stableford game, we do 100% HDCP. That way, if a high handicaper gets a par on a hole, then he would get the birdie points. Alternatively, we also play a quota game where you take 36 minus your HDCP and that's the amount of points you have to pull for the week. Seems odd the commissioner wants to do the most basic way, which doesn't make it fair for everyone.

Regarding Squabbit, we use squabbit weekly for our Friday and Saturday games and it's great. For Friday, we use GHIN system to calculate the points and for Saturday our commissioner has kept a book for years' that gives each of us custom points. You can still use squabbit for this, you would just have to manually adjust the HDCP in squabbit to match the points required.

I'm pretty good with Squabbit by now, so if you're looking for something in particular, let me know and I may be able to help you figure it out.

YI, I was injecting 500 mcg, one cycle in the belly and one cycle near the elbow.

Near my elbow is not possible as I have it in both elbows so I have elected to just inject in the belly. I have missed a few days during this cycle, probably around a total of 8, so I am going until the end of January and then will break. Will give it 2 weeks and then start another 8-week cycle.
I will give you my 2 cents but i'm sure someone else has a better answer for you.

For a 10mg vial, you'll want to put in the 2mL of bac water. Then, you will want to inject 10-12 units but this also depends on what syringe you have. The syringes I have are 100 units. Personally, I am doing this once per day rather than 2x per day and am going for about 4-5 weeks.

Ideally, close to the pain is where you would like to inject. You can get a chip clip and pinch the skin and then inject into that pinched skin.

I have been on this since Thanksgiving and TBH I am not feeling too much relief from my Tennis/Golfers elbow.

I had some guys that were being stubborn as well, and they are now the biggest advocates of it!

I also really like how I can put a bunch of games on a round after the fact just to see how certain game setups would have gone.

I just did this today to test a new game that i'm going to do on Friday. We usually do Stableford, but this week I want to do Quota so I wanted to test some scoring methods and adjust HDCPs to ensure the low handicaps wouldn't get pissed at the strokes.

Scoring App - Squabbit

Wanted to give a shout out to the Squabbit app. I have a Friday golf group that usually has between 10-18 guys every week and we were doing everything after the round by using scorecards. We started using the Squabbit app a few weeks ago and has made everything so much smoother after the round. There are a ton of games that you can play on the app, we typically just do Skins and then a quota game (some days we'll do 2-man best ball or other team game). Everyone can see where they stand during the round and then afterwards, I just divvy up the money and move on.

If you have a regular group of 8+ and you don't have any live scoring, look into Squabbit. It's free as well!
I have a few of these and they work well to hide everything behind the TV. The strap that comes with them seems flimsy but as long as the plastic is mounted into a stud, there should be no problem. Make sure to overthink everything when mounting it though. Make sure you have easy access to the cables that you need and if you need access to insert game CDs, you keep that in consideration as well. I made the mistake of just installing the mount and then willy nilly putting the xbox in it, realized after the fact that I didn't have easy access to everything that I needed and had to move everything.
I have a buddy that works for DBH. I've talked to him about this and DBH has absolutely no ownership of the players. The players and the decision to promote/demote them all comes from the MLB teams. DBH ultimately only owns the stadium, tickets, promotions, etc. For the most part, they don't really own the stadiums as a lot of them are on county property so the county that the team is in owns it.

Yea like 777 said, not even close to long enough, I had the same elbow issues and ran it twice a day for a month before it totally cleared up. I still take it 3 times a week for maintenance.

What I read was that you take it for 10 days and then off for 2 weeks to allow the body to not get used to the peptide. Then start again for 10 days and so forth. Based on your experience, you are saying this is not the case and that I should be taking it nonstop until it clears up?

10 injections? so 10 days? that is not nearly enough time

you need to be taking BPC daily, really 2x a day for optimal.

Yes, I took it for 10 consecutive days, 1x per day. Based on what I read, this was the proper amount. I could have done it for 2x per day but would just be doing 1/2 unit so I didn't see the benefit.
UPDATE - I just finished my injections for BPC/TB. I took 10 injections at .1 units (filled to 10 on a 100 unit syringe). There was still some remaining peptide in the vial but I ran out of syringes and from what I ready, 10 injections should be good. After these 10 injections, I have minimal relief from my tennis/golfers elbow or other nagging pain that I have. I asked GROK about this and they said the tennis/golfers elbow is one that takes a while to heal and maybe 1 round of peptides wouldn't solve the problem. My plan is to take 2 weeks off and then will start another round of BPC/TB but this time I will purchase from a different supplier. My last purchase was from Simple Peptide but this time I'm going to go to Price Peptides, which was a referral from a Chiropractor that I know. Hopefully the next round will have more relief!

John Hughes single handedly made me want to live in the Chicago area. Knowing now how crappy Chicago is that was quite impressive on his part.

Same for me. I watched the movie when I was 11 years old or so and this made me want to go to Chicago. Fast forward to after college and a buddy of mine moved there and I went to visit him. Lived the city so much that decided to move there a few years later. Ended up living there for 10 years! Visited Winnetka many times around Christmas time which is where their movie was filmed.

Just for HGH or do they have other peptides?

This is where I just purchased mine. I took their testing results and plugged it into ChatGPT and it said everything looked good. Fingers crossed :scared:

Must be pretty damn popular

It's just like the Kirkland balls, driver, wedges, etc. People see a low price point and then have forums like GolfSpy who say it's not a bad ball so people will jump at it.

You also have the people that bought them and are reselling them. There is a very healthy amount of Amazon golf balls right now.

Please do more research.

You need to know how much peptide you have and the units of each item you're dealing with (1ml = 100 units = 100 cc). 10ml will not fit in a 3ml vial. Use the calculator linked below to understand how much you would draw based on your mix.

Peptide stays in the vial until you do the shot. Do not shoot yourself 10x with the same syringe....

I went to that calculator (amongst others) and have the same questions from them all. The Volume is fine (there are 100 units on my syringes). The QTY of peptide is 10mg (5mg BPC-157 / 5mg TB-500). For the BAC Water, i'm going to say 10mL but then the last question i am not sure what to enter.

The last question is Enter the Quantity of Peptide in each dose. How do I determine what the quantity of peptide is in each dose?
