What do your friends do that they both qualified for a vaccine in December? My brother is a doctor and had his 1st dose by New Years Eve, but I was under the impression that they were pretty hard to come by at that time.
I'm the comorbidity king, and it was March before I was able to get vaccinated.

I have heard of vaccinated people getting the virus, but don’t personally know any. The Pfizer vaccine that I took has an efficacy of 95%…sothat leaves me with a 5% chance that I catch the virus and virtually no chance of being hospitalized because of it.

But I thought it was a pandemic of the unvaccinated?

I was speaking with a family doctor at a cookout and he said he’s had four vaccinated patients so far that have come in and tested positive with Covid. If that’s four to five patients out of a hundred then that matches the predictions. He said they felt like they had a cold.

My wife got her first shot Dec 21, 2020, and 2nd dose Jan 21, 2021. I tested positive on Feb 12th, she tested positive on Feb 18th.

My boss is fully vaccinated and is VERY sick with Covid right now. Getting monoclonal antibodies and other "non mainstream" treatments.

Then it worked
You do know that 99.89% of people who are unvaxxed, and get Covid, live, right? The average age of death from Covid is higher than the life expectancy of a normal human, right....? My 52 y/o boss who is vaxxed is hospitalized and getting monoclonal antibodies right now. Very ill. I think the jury is still out on all of this.

One of my employees tested positive a couple months ago. He was going to get his 2nd shot in a few days and tested positive.

Yep, same here. Vaxed in March and one day of fever on Thursday night, tested positive on Saturday. Symptoms are like a head cold. Spouse tested negative today, no symptoms at the moment.
We were able to pin down where I got infected so I'll be working from home for the upcoming week.

Vaccine makes it tougher to get it not impossible but when you did get it it’s nothing more than the common cold
Yeah. Whatever. Tell that to three of my patients that got both doses and still ended up in the ICU with COVID. And two that ended up there after the vaccine. I haven't seen where it does shite really. Hell, most people already have antibodies already.

I know a dude in his mid 40's who was vaccinated in June and is currently in the hospital battling Covid

This is from texts that were sent to a group last month. It is from a friend who was vaccinated in April and was told that he has Covid.
These are snippets of the texts. He was talking about other stuff - selling his house and moving and how the virus affected him. These are only the comments about his Covid and vaccination. Some comments were answering questions from other group members

Yeah, I had all the symptoms. I got vaccinated min April with the J&J one shot. That shot got me sick for 5 days.
I was sick throughout the entire process but had no choice but to keep going. Everything I have hurts. It is like a horrible chest cold along with a sinus infection with a dash of flu. It has been a horrible experience."

One thing I have noticed is a couple of hits of granddaddy purple completely get rid of the symptoms of covid. Instantly no pain and back to normal temp. 2 nights in a row. I probably wouldnt recommend if you are having breathing issues.

The vaccine helps your body know how to attack the virus. It doesn’t stop you from catching it. If you catch the virus, then your body knows how to attack it and kill it quicker. Vaccines don’t prevent you from catching viruses.

That's nuts! These companies are lucky they supposedly have no liability here.
