Funny, I got a cash offer on it just this week. Haven't been interested in selling it, but with the current situation it's a tempting offer. I have an amazing tenant. She saved me a ton of money by painting the interior herself when she moved in, and she takes great care of the place. I'd take the offer today if I had a crappy tenant. She just re-signed for another year in May.

I have few condo rentals at the beach, and a few in town that bring in good $$ with little to no head ache from me once I hired a manager to do the handy man issues.

I buy/sell things on Facebook/Craigslist/etc. I've done it with practically every hobby of mine for the past 15 years or so. Fishing gear, ATVs/ATV parts, motorcycles/motorcycle parts, bicycles, etc. I bought a full titanium bicycle that was left in a house when the buyer moved in from a lady for $25 the other day. Stand to make a few hundred dollars on it when I sell it.
My favorite was the short stint Lafayette had the Bird/Lime scooters, I signed on as a charger, would spend an hour or two each night picking them up, charge them overnight, spend about an hour setting them out in the morning before 7am. I was making $150-$200 a night doing that. During holidays they would bump the rates, my wife had to work so we couldn't go do family stuff. I did scooters Christmas Eve & Christmas Day and make $600.00.
