Something to put extra cash in your pocket? Preferably something legal

I buy individual equities with the money from my day job.

Rent houses - though it seems that it’s just someone paying the mortgage.

I'm tryna write and book to sell and I also have done some tutoring from time to time in the past.
Currently, i'm tryna come up with a way to offer alternative internet solutions to downtown NOLA businesses who hate Cox because their internet drops out every other week or so for a couple of hours.

I have a rental house if that counts. Only have a small HELOC on it, so most of the rent is positive cash flow.
I rarely tap into it though. It has its own LLC and separate bank account, and 99% of the money in it is used on the house.

Lemonade stand on tha corner
I guess I don't really consider these side hustles but things I enjoy that nets some money. Making end tables and shuffle board tables to sell. Clean a couple pools on the weekend mornings.

I bartended on the side for a good while, fun job and plenty of cash to spend. I don't do anything now, a toddler takes up enough time.

I’ve got a wife that makes 150k a year at a minimum. She’s my side hustle.

Yeah I wait tables in the evenings sometimes. It gets me out of the house, on my feet, and socializing with people besides the extra cash. I’ve been doing it for 20 years and just have the restaurant industry in my blood

You mean a second job? I Miss when everyone called a second job a second job and everyone wasn’t “hustling”

I did this for a while too with my condo near LSU, but then had a more than fair cash offer to buy it, so I took the money and ran. I had a feeling that place was about to turn into a maintenance nightmare and all it takes is one bad tennant.

Used to have two: Navy Reservist and worked at a sporting goods store. Retired from the former and quit the latter.
